Shipping times vary by product, but we aim to dispatch orders every two business days. Preorders may require 1–2 weeks for production after purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for damaged or lost orders.

Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
